Working on a Food Business? Penn Has a Test Kitchen for That!
The Food Innovation Lab supports Penn students developing food businesses or food-related projects. Students can access an 800-square-foot licensed commercial kitchen, 1:1 advising, funding opportunities, educational resources, and events to explore, test, and refine their ideas at any stage.
The kitchen is designed for experimentation, recipe development, and product testing. The Food Innovation Lab is an educational space and does not support personal cooking, catering, food sales, or production at scale.
