Joel was one of the first 100 employees at each of his last three businesses - Reddit, Pinterest, and the Google Cloud Division. Joel helped scale the growth of each to its first ~1,000 employees, to multiple factors of user/customer growth, and from pre-revenue to $500M+ revenue.
