Joel was one of the first 100 employees at each of his last three businesses - Reddit, Pinterest, and the Google Cloud Division. Joel helped scale the growth of each to its first ~1,000 employees, to multiple factors of user/customer growth, and from pre-revenue to $500M+ revenue. Most recently Joel served on the executive team at Reddit responsible for both finance and operations. Throughout his career, Joel has led teams across most major business functions such as SaaS sales, business development, operations, and growth marketing.
