Join the Venture Lab team in a session with Marty Rodgers, Senior Managing Director at Accenture, on Feb 16th, 2023 for a discussion surrounding social impact, intrapreneurship, and community engagement as part of the Social Entrepreneurship Initiative Speaker Series. The session will be moderated by Nicolaj Siggelkow, Professor of Management at Wharton.
Marty is the founder of Accenture's Nonprofit Practice, which provides consulting services for a wide array of non-profit organizations. Through his over 20 years of work at Accenture, Marty has created and led multiple impactful initiatives that have benefited communities across the country. Prior to Accenture, Marty served as a leader in national and community service and workforce skilling. He worked on Capitol Hill and helped write several successful pieces of legislation, including helping to create AmeriCorps—the US domestic Peace Corps—the first major federal apprenticeship legislation, and turning the Martin Luther King holiday into a National Day of Service. He also served with the Diocese of Gallup, working with Native American children in New Mexico, and is an outspoken advocate of social responsibility.
