Shalini Nag, Ph.D, is the Executive Director of Venture Lab, the University of Pennsylvania’s central hub for entrepreneurship and innovation.

Shalini brings more than two decades of experience across entrepreneurship, strategic consulting, academic innovation, and organizational leadership. Her career reflects a deep commitment to helping students, founders, faculty, alumni, and institutional partners move from ideas to meaningful impact. As Founder and Managing Director of EvidaSolve, she leads a strategic advisory firm that works with founders, executives, and institutions to strengthen leadership, organizational culture, and growth.
