Neha Shah is an innovative, proven entrepreneurial executive. Ms. Shah co-founded and presently leads GEP, a leading provider of supply chain solutions to global enterprises worldwide and one of the fastest-growing firms in the industry with over 5,000 employees worldwide. As the President of GEP, Ms. Shah guides the company's growth initiatives by building and managing strategic, C-level relationships with clients and leading complex transformation engagements. Media outlets, industry analysts and technology research firms regularly recognize GEP as one of the most innovative companies in the supply chain software and services sector. The firm is guided by core values of customer-centricity and caring for its employees with an increasing focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, and was recently named a Great Place to Work® across its operations worldwide.
Ms. Shah began her career at Accenture, where she led various sales, marketing, and R&D engagements for Fortune 100 companies, in addition to developing the Pharmaceutical and Medical Practices eCommerce venture strategy.

Ms. Shah earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance, and a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School and The College of Arts and Sciences - all with the highest honors and distinctions. Among other recognitions, Ms. Shah recently the ISM Women & Leadership Diamond Award for outstanding leadership and achievement in the procurement and supply chain sector.
