Before launching Sublime, Josh was the co-founder and COO at Flashpoint, a pioneering force in cyber threat intelligence. Joining the company at its inception, he navigated Flashpoint from startup to exit, raising $80M in funding along the way. With his guidance, the company expanded from 4 to 400 full-time employees with hundreds of high-value clients, including 40% of Fortune 100 companies and various government agencies. His leadership saw Flashpoint through a successful exit in 2021, after which he stayed on for 2 years supporting 2 acquisitions. He also holds a Master's in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where he concentrated in Middle East Studies.
