Gregoire (Greg) Demory is President of San Diego-based Blue Sky Network, an industry-leading satellite communications provider he acquired in 2016 through Kerwood Capital Partners, a search fund he raised in 2015. During his tenure, Greg doubled the companys size through a combination of organic growth and add-on acquisitions before selling the company to a New York-based private equity group in 2022.
Before joining Blue Sky Network, Greg worked in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey and Stifel, where he advised companies on mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions, primarily in the aerospace, defense, and government services market.
Before receiving his M.B.A., Greg worked for W. R. Grace as Manager of Internal Audit before being promoted to Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to W. R. Grace, he worked as a Senior Auditor for the Brinks Company. Greg started his career at Arthur Andersen in both Paris and Los Angeles, where he led a variety of audit and corporate finance advisory engagements.
Greg obtained his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. from EDHEC Business School in France. He also holds a CPA license (inactive) and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Greg is a member of YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) and recently joined YPOs Madrids Chapter. A native of France, Greg moved to the United States 20 years ago and holds dual U.S. and French citizenship. Greg currently splits his time between San Diego, Dallas, and Madrid, where his four children have been attending school since September 2022.
