Venture Lab's Food Innovation Lab in Tangen Hall is a new test kitchen facility for Penn student entrepreneurs to experiment and create ventures focused on food innovation. In Fall 2021, Venture Lab is recruiting a small cohort of Penn student entrepreneurs to run a semester-long pilot in the space. Cohort members will receive access to work in the kitchen, ServSafe certification training, programming to support product and business development, and more.
